Speaking of age: Ian Glidden of 360 Architecture reports that the historic endomosaic mural at the Masonic Memorial Temple in San Francisco has been restored for its 50th anniversary this month by Architectural Resources Group and by its creator, Big Sur artist Emile Norman, who is now 90. Over the years, the BHS has taken on many projects around the area, including restoration of the Turnverein and its most recent project of building a garden with bronze statues, which were made by local artists, outside of its headquarters in the old Masonic lodge in Bellville.
