Kathryn Susan Turner, 59, was arrested Tuesday in San Antonio by Boerne and San Antonio police officers on a burglary of habitation warrant issued by Justice of the Peace Jerry Collins and a criminal mischief warrant issued by Justice of the Peace Larry James.
