The Preservation Center helped lead the charge to save the Crum er building near Tech, and is keeping an eye on several potential redevelopments, including Pullman Yards in the Kirkwood area; Murray Mill, an 1800s cotton gin in northwest Atlanta; and the Beltline, the 22 miles of abandoned railroad lines around Atlanta envisioned as the site of mixed-use developments, parks and transit.
