During my college days, I knew a guy who made end tables from the cast-iron legs of old treadle sewing machines that he picked up cheap at thrift shops. Crandon celebrates 100 years of history Feb 8, 2009
Volunteers began setting up their tables of yearbooks, moonshine stills, family trees and antique sewing machines for the event in the morning to be ready for the crowds of history buffs that would be arriving at noon.
